On a selective basis Kilcullen will undertake Corporate Finance and Advisory activities. We work on retainer and/or a success basis and can bring a broad range of experience to:

• Acquisitions and Disposals

• Joint Ventures

• Equity Raising

• Refinancing

• Debt Structuring

 

These services can be provided to Funds or companies in our portfolio or to 3rd parties. Discretion, confidentiality and timing are often critical factors and most important is our reputation and trust built with our clients.

 

We are particular in assigments we take on. The projects and the people driving them must be compatable, relate to our values and, if possible, fun!
