Enda O'Coineen
Enda is a Partner and Founder of Kilcullen Kapital Partners, an investment management, finance, corporate and venture company with activities in property, renewable energy, services and manufacturing. Enda has a track-record of successful turnarounds, acquisitions and company exits.
His business start-ups include the Czech and Slovak Credit Bureaus, Globix Telecom (then eTel), Key 6 Recruitment (now part of CPL) and ASPEKT Kilcullen, a financial information and publishing company. He also established AFLOAT Magazine, Security World Magazine and helped found Aquabroker insurance.
Enda has been involved in several enterprise turnaround projects - such as ZPA - a meter manufacturing company which was successfully restructured. Most recently, he is joint-founder of the Irish Embassy Pub and serves as President of Irish Pubs Global, a network of owners and managers of Irish Pubs around the World.

Donal O'Shaughnessy
Donal is a Partner and Founder of Kilcullen Kapital Partners, an investment management, finance, corporate and venture company with activities in property, renewable energy, services and manufacturing.
He has over 10 years experience in the highly successful Digicel group of telecoms companies in the Caribbean and Central America including roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He was previously involved with the Irish mobile telecommunications company Esat Digifone as a member of the team responsible for the rollout of the network throughout Ireland.
Since 2009 Donal has been involved in developing and investing in businesses spanning technology, property, financial services, media, hospitality and utilities both in Ireland and internationally. He also provides advisory and representative services to a number of international banks and hedge funds.

Roger Courtney
Roger is the Executive Director of Kilcullen Kapital Partners. He has a strong background in administrative, technical and financial roles, with experience in fund accounting, corporate governance, company secretarial work and small business start-ups.
He has experience in Citigroup, JP Morgan, the public sector as well as his own start-up companies, including Cultural Capital, a private client art dealing company, and Fever Kid Films, a film production company.
He is also a director of the Atlantic Youth Trust, a Youth Development tallship charity, and an executive producer working in Fever Kid Films.
